The Bamboo Palms pattern was painted beneath several Bamboo Palms at Cedar Cove Resort on the Gulf Coast of Florida on Anna Maria Island. Anna Maria is a magical place for me, thus the colors that I used the day I painted this pattern. As soon as I arrived home from this trip, I excitedly turned the original watercolor pattern into fabric with the repeat of my colorful fronds. The fabric is from North Carolina. The scarf is sewn in Michigan. It is approx. 26 × 69 inches. It is hiffon and is colorfast and washable!
